Introduction by - Mike Yarwood
When you have finally thumbed through this Giles cartoon book I suggest you put it away for a few weeks and then go through it again, I did and I found myself laughing at the same cartoons a second time. I even noticed things I hadn't spotted before
Giles has not only got a wonderful sense of humour he is also a fine artist. His cartoons are not scribbled they are carefully constructed. With most cartoonists you get a single laugh out of a cartoon, with Giles you can get as many as a dozen.
It is nice to be able to laugh at life and Giles is one of those unique humourists who can make us do just that. Long may he continue to do so.
